Vacuum - Wet-Dry
Ridgid 's All New Lineup Of RIDGID Wet/Dry Vacs Are RuggedAnd Durable, Designed Specifically For Tough Jobs.
What is the best way to measure and compare vacuum performance?
Vacuum performance is a function of suction (sealed lift); airflow (in cubic feet per minute); and air watts at the end of the hose. Horsepower ratings may not be indicative of actual air power when comparing two units. Be sure your comparisons of various products are measured at the same place; i.e. end of hose and look for the highest air watts rating which is the measure of actual vac performance.
What is the RPM's of the RIDGID vac line?
It ranges from 20-25 thousand RPM's
What vac should I buy? (capacity / features)
It is based upon how you plan to use the vac, your storage limitations, how frequent you plan to use it, and the power and capacity you need. If you want a smaller vac - recommend the 4 gallon which is very portable yet as powerful as a larger vac. If you want a larger vac - we recommend one of our 16 gallon vacs - if you want a blower with the vac you may want to buy our 16 gallon detach vac. If you need a lot of mobility with a larger vac, recommend the WD1850 - our 16 gallon with a cart system.
