Return Policy

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 20%
  • All items must be returned in the original containers.
  • Items must be unused/uninstalled and in resalable condition.
  • Customer pays shipping cost of return, we recommend insuring any package over $100 value.
  • Must email salesinfo@plumberscrib.com to get a restocking RMA Number that must be returned with item. 
  • Please make sure to include the RMA number with your return. 
  • Returns without an RMA# will be refused.
  • DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 Days of Delivery - NO EXCEPTION.
  • Cross Shipping
    We do not ship replacement products until the RMA has been completed (cross-ship). If you need a replacement product before the RMA is completed, you may place a new order, independent of the returns process.
