Tankless 95 water heaters provides all the hot water you'll ever need for 2 - 3 bathroom homes or more,

9.5 gallons per minute at a 35°F Temerature Rise

7.4 gallons per minute at a 45° F temperature rise

4.2 gallons per minute at a 77° F temperature rise.

(Temperature rise is based on how much the incoming water temperature must be raised to meet the desired output temperature.)

(Consult your gas supplier) * If the water heater is installed anywhere other than a single family dwelling, such as a commercial application, or in any system in which the water is re- circulated, the applicable warranty periods will be limited to three (3) years.
