Let customers speak for us
PlumbersCrib has excellent customer service. I called with a question and was answered after speaking with a knowledgeable young lady. After placing the order, I was called by the shipping department to confirm my address which I thought was excellent. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to PlumbersCrib.
very good to deal with
Great product
Exactly as ordered. Thank you.
Original high quality genuine replacement. Exact part.
Pefect fit to replace our previous Takagi tankless water heater than lasted 20 years. Installation was quick and straightforward.
Installed in 55 minutes flat. Replaced a 19 year old TK-3. Working perfectly & seems to be a bit quiter than the old unit. An absolutely great product!
Best tankless water heater made. W have 2 in our home already and when the final one that was not a Takagi went out, we immediately replaced it with Takagi.
